Who We Are

Our website address is: [http://tengri.dev](http://tengri.dev) (operating tengri.bot, devsmap, tengri.dev and associated regional ecosystem tools).

Community Insights & User Inputs

When you submit information, company profiles, tool reviews, or requirement data through our maps and forms, we process this user-generated content strictly on an aggregated and anonymized basis to generate regional insights (such as the Stackmap and Marketmap).

  • Zero Machine Learning Training: We do not collect sensitive personal data, nor do we use any user-generated content or community inputs to train, fine-tune, or develop Machine Learning (ML) or Artificial Intelligence (AI) models.
  • Non-Identifiable Data: Aggregated industry and regional trends published across our platforms cannot be tied to any individual user, private entity, or confidential business secret.

Trademarks & Intellectual Property

devsmap®, tengri.dev®, and tengri.bot® are registered trademarks. All original content, research blueprints, maps, and visual frameworks provided on this website are protected under intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or commercial distribution without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, along with the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to aid in spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to verify usage. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available at [https://automattic.com/privacy/](https://automattic.com/privacy/). Following comment approval, your profile picture becomes visible to the public within the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, avoid uploading files with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract location metadata from images hosted on the site.

Cookies

  • Comments: If you leave a comment, you may opt-in to saving your name, email address, and website in cookies. These exist for your convenience so details do not need re-entry upon subsequent comments (valid for one year).
  • Authentication: If you visit our login page, a temporary cookie is set to verify browser compatibility. This contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser. Upon login, several cookies save your session information and screen display preferences (login cookies last two days; screen options cookies last one year; selecting “Remember Me” extends sessions to two weeks). Logging out clears these cookies.
  • Publishing: Editing or publishing content creates an additional browser cookie indicating the post ID of the edited item. It contains no personal data and expires after 24 hours.

Embedded Content From Other Websites

Articles and pages on this site may include embedded content (e.g., interactive maps, videos, charts). Embedded content from third-party websites behaves exactly as if the visitor visited the source website directly. These external providers may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor interactions with that content—especially if you maintain an active account with those services.

Data Retention

  • Comments: Comments and their associated metadata are retained indefinitely to enable automatic approval of follow-up contributions rather than holding them in moderation.
  • Registered Profiles: For users registered on our portal, personal information provided within user profiles is stored securely. Users can view, edit, or delete their profile information at any time (usernames cannot be changed). Site administrators have administrative access to manage profile records.

Your Rights Over Your Data

If you maintain an active account on this site or have submitted comments, you may request an exported file containing all personal data held about you, including details you provided. You may also request the complete erasure of any personal data we hold. This excludes data retained for administrative, legal, compliance, or security purposes.

Data Transmission & Security

Visitor submissions and comments may be screened through automated spam detection and security filtering services. If you initiate a password reset request, your IP address is included in the transmission email for verification.
